The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a method for dispensing and curing by using a lens dispensing device. The method comprises the following steps: injecting glue through threaded holes of a plurality of ball head jackscrews of a lens dispensing device; and when the glue is in a liquid state, the plurality of ball head jackscrews are screwed into the lens seat, so that the ball head ends of the ball head jackscrews are in contact with the top surface of the lens. The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages: the method can be carried out at room temperature without special temperature control; the connection and fixation of the lens and the lens seat cannot generate unacceptable stress and pulling deformation on the connecting piece and the connected piece, thereby solving the problems of stress and deformation caused by mechanical fixation and disassembly of the lens, and avoiding the displacement of the optical axis of the lens caused by mechanical locking and disassembly.
