Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an in-situ doped perovskite nanocrystal as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the in-situ doped perovskite nanocrystal comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving antimony tribromide or bismuth bromide in an organic solvent to obtain a precursor solution; 2) adding soluble metal salt into the precursor solution in the step 1), and then adding cesium bromide to obtain a composite precursor solution; and 3) dropwise adding the composite precursor solution in the step 2) into an anti-solvent solution to obtain the in-situ doped perovskite nanocrystal.
