Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an in-situ doped perovskite nanocrystal as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the in-situ doped perovskite nanocrystal comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving antimony tribromide or bismuth bromide in an organic solvent to obtain a precursor solution; 2) adding soluble metal salt into the precursor solution in the step 1), and then adding cesium bromide to obtain a composite precursor solution; and 3) dropwise adding the composite precursor solution in the step 2) into an anti-solvent solution to obtain the in-situ doped perovskite nanocrystal. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple in preparation process, low in energy consumption, low in cost and environment-friendly, and the prepared in-situ doped lead-free perovskite nanocrystal also has the advantage of high photocatalytic efficiency and is suitable for practical popularization and application.
