Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of medical dressings, in particular to a core-shell structure electrospinning nanofiber dressing which is prepared through an electrospinning method and has antibacterial and drug sustained release functions. In order to prepare a wound dressing with antibacterial and drug sustained-release functions by taking polycaprolactone (PCL), chitosan (CS) and hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin (HP-beta-CD) as main raw materials, the invention provides an antibacterial electrospinning nanofiber dressing which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 13.24-13.25% of polycaprolactone, 0.37-0.74% of chitosan, 0.37-0.37% of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin (HP-beta-CD) and the balance of water. And the content of the hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin is 35.4%-38.3%.
