Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an FS orthodontic appliance and a manufacturing method thereof. The FS orthodontic appliance comprises a first split body and a second split body, a first occlusion groove is formed in one end face of the first split body and matched with the upper dentition outline of a patient. The end face, away from the first occlusion groove, of the first split body is provided with an installation groove corresponding to the anterior teeth of the patient, the second split body is detachably fixed to the installation groove, and one side, away from the installation groove, of the second split body is provided with a second occlusion groove. A third occlusion groove is formed in the end face, away from the first occlusion groove, of the first split body and communicated with the second occlusion groove, and the side walls of the second occlusion groove and the third occlusion groove are matched with the lower dentition outline of the patient. The first split body and the second split body are arran
