The method comprises the following steps: performing primary spiral CT scanning on the chest of a patient, and changing a scanning body position to obtain a plurality of CT sequence original images of a left coronary artery trunk and an anterior descending branch; the left coronary artery trunk and front descending branch CT sequence original image is converted into an image format according to the needed window width and window level, and a CT sequence image is obtained; acquiring three-dimensional data of the CT sequence picture, and performing data reconstruction on the three-dimensional data; and reconstructing a three-dimensional image through image processing equipment by using the three-dimensional data after data reconstruction, and displaying coronary artery blood vessels, intra-pulmonary blood vessels, intra-pulmonary nodule
