The method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, converting advanced drilling data into point data of a three-dimensional space; s2, creating a geologic model three-dimensional space grid based on the point data of the three-dimensional space; s3, estimating the lithology and probability of nodes in the three-dimensional space grid of the geologic model by adopting an indicating Kriging algorithm, and selecting the lithology with the maximum probability as the lithology of the nodes; and S4, constructing a three-dimensional geologic model based on the node lithology and the three-dimensional size information formed by the nodes.
