Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a power grid system operation reserve time-space quantitative evaluation method and device, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a target function of an operation reserve time-space quantitative evaluation algorithm model to be minimum in difference between the scale information of a maximum accident and the capacity information of an available reserve unit, and enabling the model not to pre-define a regional reserve demand, and instead, the area reserve capacity is used as a model variable, namely the minimum reserve capacity or the limited maximum reserve capacity possibly required in a certain area, so that the area reserve capacity can be delivered during scheduling.
