Method and system for managing USB (Universal Serial Bus) connection equipment and USB connection equipment

According to the embodiment of the invention, a method and system for managing a universal serial bus (USB) connection device, the USB connection device, electronic equipment, a computer storage medium and a computer program product are provided. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a state message from USB connection equipment by vehicle-mounted control equipment, wherein the state message is generated by the USB connection equipment in response to detection of connection of external equipment; determining, by the in-vehicle control device, that a failure associated with the USB connection device has occurred based on the status message; and activating, by the in-vehicle control device, a reset control unit in the USB connection device to generate a reset signal for resetting a connection control unit in the USB connection device. Based on the mode, the embodiment of the invention can automatically reset the USB connection device (such as a USB HUB) under the condition that the related fault i
