The invention discloses an LANDMARC indoor positioning method and system, and the method comprises the steps: moving an RFID reader-writer according to a preset reader-writer movement rule, calculating the signal intensity vector of each to-be-positioned tag and the signal intensity vector of each reference tag when the RFID reader-writer is at any position in the movement process, and obtaining the positioning information of each to-be-positioned tag based on the corresponding signal intensity vector data.
