The invention provides intestinal source Witzia ciliaris RS804 capable of efficiently utilizing beet cane sugar, and the strain has certain temperature resistance and acid resistance, has better enzyme activity of polysaccharide hydrolase such as cellulase, xylanase and amylase, and can be used for producing L-lactic acid by saccharifying and fermenting at the same time. Besides, the intestinal source bacillus coagulans RS804 can also metabolize to generate a certain content of bacteriocin, can effectively inhibit strains with certain competitiveness, such as P.megatherium, bacillus subtilis and the like, and is beneficial to prevention and treatment of fermentation contamination.
