Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a machining method for guaranteeing the width of a flow channel of an inner sleeve of a cartridge receiver, and belongs to the field of aero-engine design. When parts of the inner sleeve of the cartridge receiver are machined, the parts are welded together through a welding technology after thin-wall deformation parts are assembled, and a gap is naturally formed between the two deformation parts; a process mounting edge with the same width as a runner is designed on an inner ring of a welding part, a process heightening section matched with the process mounting edge is designed on an outer ring, the reliable positioning effect can be achieved in the assembling procedure before welding, and the runner with the uniform and consistent width is formed after the process mounting edge is removed through follow-up machining. The problem that the width of a flow channel is different when a process patch is used for assembling and welding in a traditional process is solved. 本发明公开了一种保证机匣内套流道宽度的加
