The method comprises the steps that a bar is homogenized, the heating temperature ranges from (T beta + 30) DEG C to (T beta + 100) DEG C, and high-temperature homogenization treatment is conducted for 15-30 h; high-temperature reversing upsetting and drawing forging is conducted, the heating temperature of each heating number is sequentially reduced by 20-50 DEG C, and the heating temperature ranges from (Tbeta + 30) DEG C to (Tbeta + 100) DEG C; forging a blank to obtain a blank; and carrying out isothermal forging on the blank to obtain a forge piece.
