A hot side outlet of the efficient heat exchanger is connected with the upper portion of the flue gas absorption tower, a cold side inlet of the barren liquor cooling efficient heat exchanger is connected with an outlet of the working medium storage tank, a cold side inlet of the tower top condensation efficient heat exchanger is connected with an outlet of the working medium storage tank, and a cold side outlet of the tower top condensation efficient heat exchanger is connected with an inlet of the compressor unit.
