Zusammenfassung:As a key part of a cotton picker, a picking spindle is the first part of machine-harvested cotton, and the working state of the picking spindle directly affects the quality and the working efficiency of the machine-harvested cotton. During working, cotton fibers are wound on the head of the spindle to pick cotton, and the failure phenomena of fatigue, abrasion and breakage easily occur in actual working conditions, so that a good lubricating environment can effectively prolong the service life of the spindle, and the mechanical picking cost is reduced. In order to solve the problem, the invention designs a cotton picker spindle bidirectional lubrication structure which is improved and promoted based on the structure of the existing spindle. 摘锭作为采棉机的关键部件,是机采棉的第一关,其工作状态直接影响到机采棉的质量和工作效率。工作时其头部缠绕棉花纤维来摘取棉花,实际工况中容易出现疲劳、磨损和断裂的失效现象,故良好的润滑环境,可以有效的延长摘锭的工作寿命,减少机采成本。为了解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种采棉机摘锭双向润滑结构,该基于现有摘锭的结构进行改善和提升。
