Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a transmission time delay optimization method for an active health monitoring system, and relates to the technical field of health monitoring, each user is equipped with a plurality of sensors for collecting physiological data and a gateway node to form an independent WBAN, in an Intra-WBAN stage, the sensors periodically sense and collect physiological information data, and in the Intra-WBAN stage, the sensors transmit the physiological information data to the gateway node; the sensors are divided into a plurality of groups to reduce common channel interference, each group occupies one subcarrier, and then the sensors transmit collected data to a gateway node through cellular links; in the Beyond-WBAN stage, the gateway forwards the received physiological data to the base station by using the rate splitting multiple access technology, and the base station decodes the data one by one by using the serial interference cancellation technology, processes the data, analyzes the health condi
