Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of switching power supply control, and particularly discloses a trough latching and switching control circuit and method based on output power, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an output voltage detection signal and an output current detection signal of a switching power supply; calculating an output voltage detection value of the switching power supply according to the output voltage detection signal of the switching power supply, and calculating an output current detection value of the switching power supply according to the output current detection signal of the switching power supply; calculating an output power detection value of the switching power supply according to the output voltage detection value and the output current detection value of the switching power supply; comparing the output power detection value of the switching power supply with a preset trough switching power threshold value, and outputting a comparison result; and switching t
