The method comprises the following steps: firstly, measuring data for predicting the power angle swing amplitude of a power grid of offshore wind power under transient energy impact, and carrying out normalization processing on the measured power data; and finally, predicting the power angle swing amplitude of the offshore wind power grid-connected point under the transient fault. According to the predicted value of the power angle swing amplitude, the battery energy storage charging and discharging power and the coal-fired power generation output power can be adjusted in advance, a certain adjustment margin is reserved, and the method is used for maintaining the stability of the power angle of the offshore wind power grid-connected point when the power grid has a transient fault, so that the effect of impr
