The preparation method comprises the following steps that a metal retaining wall is arranged in a reflection area on a first plate; the second plate is coated with an extinction material, and the coating height of the extinction material is larger than the height of the metal retaining wall; photoetching is carried out on the third plate, the removed area is a non-reflection area, and development is carried out after photoetching; and filling a non-reflection area on the fourth plate with a color array.
