The method comprises the following steps: acquiring to-be-detected image data, the to-be-detected image data comprising a real focus area; analyzing the to-be-detected image data, and determining a region of interest corresponding to the real focus region; extracting feature information of the region of interest, and generating a focus initial contour according to the feature information; and adjusting the initial contour of the lesion to obtain a target contour completely coincident with the real lesion area.
