Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a chicken long-distance molecular genetic marker and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of poultry genetic engineering breeding. The long-distance molecular genetic marker of the chicken is SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) at a 63366 site of an intron 4 of a chicken multiple-effect growth factor (PT N) gene, namely PTN (63366: Cgt; t). The genotype of the molecular genetic marker is obtained by carrying out PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification and sequencing on a primer F: 5 '-CCAAACCTCTTCTGCGTCT-3' and a primer R: 5 '-GCAGCATTGTGTCAGGAA-3'. The invention overcomes the defects in the prior art, provides the long-distance molecular genetic marker of the chicken, and can be used for carrying out molecular marker-assisted selection on the chicken distance, so that the early seed selection of the distance can be realized, the breeding cost can be reduced, the breeding efficiency and effect can be improved, and the breeding genetic progress can be accelerate |
