Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of plant molecular biology, and particularly relates to application of oil-tea camellia CoBBX22 protein in regulation and control of plant drought tolerance, and the amino acid sequence of the oil-tea camellia CoBBX22 protein is shown as SEQ ID NO.1. Research finds that overexpression of the CoBBX22 gene in arabidopsis thaliana can enhance the sensitivity of arabidopsis thaliana to drought, the result provides a related basis for further understanding of camellia oleifera BBX gene family functions, and reference and gene resources are provided for cultivation of new camellia oleifera varieties through a molecular breeding means in the later period.
