Printing ink cleaning composition and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a printing ink cleaning composition and a preparation method thereof. The printing ink cleaning composition comprises 20-50 parts of a first composite organic solvent, 15-30 parts of a stable emulsion, 2-5 parts of a penetrant, 0.2-1 part of a chelating agent, 0.5-2 parts of a corrosion inhibitor and a proper amount of water. The stable emulsion comprises a composite surfactant, silicon dioxide, a second composite organic solvent and water; the composite surfactant comprises sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and a rosin-based surfactant; the mass percent of the silicon dioxide in the stable emulsion is 0.2-1%; each of the first composite organic solvent and the second composite organic solvent comprises aviation kerosene, ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether and tributyl phosphate.
