Fluorine-containing hyperbranched polymer without PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid) as well as preparation method and application of fluorine-containing hyperbranched polymer

The invention discloses a PFOA-free fluorine-containing hyperbranched polymer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The PFOA-free fluorine-containing hyperbranched polymer is mainly prepared from the following components through reaction: (a) at least one hyperbranched polyester; (b) at least one hexafluoropropylene oxide polymer; (c) at least one saturated or unsaturated carboxylic acid containing 6 to 22 carbon atoms; the number-average molecular weight of the fluorine-containing hyperbranched polymer without containing PFOA is 1000-18000, the acid value of the fluorine-containing hyperbranched polymer without containing PFOA is less than 10 mg KOH/g, and the solid content of the fluorine-containing hyperbranched polymer is 20%-100%. The polymer enables the coating to have excellent wettability, shrinkage cavity resistance and pinhole resistance to substrates, enables the coating to be smooth and beautiful, and can effectively prevent the formation of Benard vortexes in the drying process
