The preparation raw materials of the waterborne polyurethane dispersion comprise a combination of polymer dihydric alcohol, diisocyanate, micromolecular dihydric alcohol, dimethylolpropionate, a sulfonic acid type surfactant, a post-chain extender, acetone and water. The preparation raw materials are combined and matched with a specific preparation method, so that the obtained waterborne polyurethane dispersion has higher molecular weight and solid content, also has better stability, is insensitive to various environmental factors such as acid, alkali and electrolyte, is not easy to cause a demulsification phenomenon, and has a good application prospect.
