Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of carbon black, and discloses a semi-carbon black lattice furnace process which comprises the following specific steps: S1, stirring and mixing carbon black, graphite and an asphalt adhesive serving as raw materials; the invention provides a semi-carbon black lattice furnace process, which comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing carbon black, graphite and an asphalt adhesive according to a ratio of 30: 50: 10, heating and calcining the pressed and molded lattice furnace, controlling the preheating temperature rise speed of the lattice furnace to be 20-45 DEG C/min before calcining, controlling the preheating temperature to be 500 DEG C, maintaining for 1.5 hours, heating the lattice furnace in a heating furnace at the heating speed of 50-60 DEG C/min after preheating, maintaining for 1.5 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the semi-carbon black lattice furnace. The method comprises the following steps: heating to 1600-1850 DEG C, keeping fo
