The method comprises the following steps that a plate body is washed with clear water, then the plate body is added into a pickling solution to be subjected to pickling, and then the aluminum substrate subjected to pickling is added into a chromizing solution to be subjected to surface chromizing treatment; secondly, primer is attached to the surface of the aluminum substrate through a coating roller; thirdly, the primer surface of the aluminum substrate is coated with finish paint through a coating roller; finally, a layer of transparent protective film is attached to the surface of the treated aluminum substrate, in the preparation process, fluorocarbon resin is combined with epoxy resin, other filler is added, primer and finish paint with good strength and corrosion resistance are prepared respectively, meanwhile, the pri
