Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of transdermal patches, and particularly relates to a lappaconitine hydrobromide transdermal patch and a preparation method thereof. The lappaconitine hydrobromide transdermal patch comprises a thin film backing layer, a medicine layer and a controlled release film layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the medicine layer comprises lappaconitine hydrobromide microcrystals and gel; the particle size of the lappaconitine hydrobromide microcrystal is 0.5-1 [mu] m; the gel comprises a gel matrix, a penetration enhancer, a preservative, a pH regulator and water. The lappaconitine hydrobromide transdermal patch provided by the invention can be beneficial to the constant-speed stable release of the lappaconitine hydrobromide.
