The formula comprises a humectant, a chelating agent, an antioxidant, a whitening component and the balance of secondary fermented hyaluronic acid-moisturizing lotion Supferm HA. The moisturizing lotion Supferm HA is prepared from sodium hyaluronate, a lactic acid bacteria fermentation product, p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol. According to the whitening essence, the anhydrous matrix is adopted, the Supferm HA is added to replace deionized water, and the Supferm HA has good moisturizing performance and certain thickness, so that introduction of a thickening agent is avoided, and the sticky feeling caused by the thickening agent is eliminated.
