The troubleshooting method has universality, can be suitable for application occasions with multiple types of equipment, is high in troubleshooting speed, can remarkably improve the troubleshooting speed based on multi-layer rapid query of the knowledge graph, and the troubleshooting result can be specific to the fault mode and occurrence probability of system and equipment components. In addition, according to the troubleshooting method, the logic of
