The invention discloses a method for automatically establishing a CAE load step of an oil cylinder. The method comprises the following steps: a, compiling a program for establishing the CAE load step of the oil cylinder by using a Tcl/Tk programming language; b, the oil cylinder CAE analysis model is imported into HyperMesh software; and c, running the program written in the step a in HyperMesh software to finish the automatic establishment process of the CAE analysis load step of the oil cylinder.
