Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a double-line steamed bun producing, conveying and slitting system which comprises a dough mixer, a dough conveyor, a dough pressing elevator, an elevator conveyor, a conveying and slitting device, a steamed bun forming machine and a steamed bun shaping machine, the dough mixer is arranged at one end, the dough conveyor is installed close to the dough mixer, one end of the dough pressing elevator is connected with the dough conveyor, and the other end of the dough pressing elevator is connected with the elevator conveyor. The other end is connected with the conveying and slitting equipment through the lifting conveyor; two lines are arranged on the two sides of the conveying and slitting equipment to convey dough sheets, and a steamed bun forming machine and a steamed bun shaping machine are arranged on the two sides of the conveying and slitting equipment respectively. By arranging the double-line steamed bun producing, conveying and slitting system, manual operation of workers is alm
