Zusammenfassung: | A plurality of discharge modules (101-104) including a plurality of discharge cells (201-204) for generating ozone from a raw material gas by electric discharge are stacked in a stacking direction (Y), each discharge module (101-104) is provided with a discharge control unit (401-404) for controlling the electric discharge of all of the discharge cells (201-204) in each discharge module (101-104), and the discharge control unit (401-404) is provided with: a power supply unit (3) for applying a voltage to the discharge cells (201-204) to form electric discharge; and a cooling unit (5) that delivers a refrigerant and cools the discharge units (201-204), the cooling unit (5) being provided on one end side in the stacking direction (Y) and delivers the refrigerant in the same direction as the stacking direction (Y) of the discharge modules (101-104).
