Charge pump circuit

The invention provides a charge pump circuit. The charge pump circuit for boosting a positive voltage according to the present disclosure includes one or more boosting units and an output unit, which are cascaded and have the same structure. Each boosting unit is provided with a double-branch structure which is vertically symmetrical but mutually opposite in clock phase, and the high level stored by the auxiliary capacitor or the low level output by the preceding stage is transmitted to the grid electrode of the transmission transistor of the current stage so as to control the transmission transistor of the current stage to be completely turned on or turned off.
