The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a silver paste solution, then adding resin, a flexibilizer, an initiator, a latent accelerator and an inhibitor for centrifugation, finally adding micron-sized flake silver powder, micron-sized spherical silver powder and modified silicone oil, and mixing by using a three-roller machine to obtain the finished silver paste.
