The method comprises the following steps: S1, synthesizing a ratio fluorescent probe; s2, preparing a water quality liquid to be detected; s3, building a smart phone detection platform, and processing and analyzing the fluorescence image by using smart phone application software; s4, constructing a water quality detection model; reacting the to-be-detected liquid with the ratiometric fluorescence probe to obtain a ratiometric fluorescence signal, performing polynomial regression training of machine learning on the ratiometric fluorescence signal and the water quality parameter concentration, and constructing a water quality detection model; s5, optimizing the water quality detection model; and S6, actual water sample detection and performance evaluation: applying the smart phone combined with the ratio fluorescent probe to detection of an actual aquatic water sample, and verifying the detection performance through comparison and analysis |
