Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-temperature-wear-resistant AlCoCrFeNiNbx high-entropy alloy which is prepared by the following steps: by taking high-purity (99.99%) Al, Co, Fe, Cr, Ni and Nb metal blocks as initial raw materials, cleaning, drying and weighing the initial raw materials according to a designed atomic ratio after removing oxide skin, then putting the treated raw materials into a copper mold crucible of a high-vacuum electric arc melting furnace in sequence according to melting points from low to high, and repeatedly melting to obtain the high-temperature-wear-resistant AlCoCrFeNiNbx high-entropy alloy. And the high-temperature wear-resistant high-entropy alloy is obtained. The Nb element with high melting point, high strength and low density is added into AlCoCrFeNi, and Nb is combined with other elements, so that the hardness of the high-entropy alloy is improved, meanwhile, generation of an oxidation film mainly containing Al, Cr and Nb elements is promoted, the lubricating and barrier effects |
