A nucleic acid molecule of the corn LD02 comprises a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 or a reverse complementary sequence of the sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, or a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 or a reverse complementary sequence of the sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. The corn transformation event LD02 disclosed by the invention has insect-resistant and glufosinate-ammonium herbicide-resistant characteristics and excellent agronomic traits, and the detection method can accurately and quickly identify whether a biological sample contains DNA molecules of the transgenic corn event LD02 or not.
