Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fermentation process for producing IAA (Indoleacetic Acid) through strain combination co-culture, which comprises the following steps: activating 5-49 parts of bacillus safensis, 5-54 parts of bacillus isothermal layer and 6-30 parts of bacillus halotolerant, inoculating a single colony into an LB liquid culture medium to prepare a seed solution, and fermenting for 2-3 hours to obtain the IAA.
