Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a water-based acrylic emulsion synthesis process which comprises the following steps: S1, weighing ingredients, and feeding prepared raw materials from a head tank; s2, heating the reaction kettle to 85 DEG C, and dissolving the acrylic acid solid resin; s3, continuously stirring in the reaction kettle, firstly adding a polymer emulsifier, and then adding an initiator prepared into liquid; then, heating the materials in the reaction kettle to 86 DEG C; then dropwise adding a mixed monomer, and controlling the temperature in the reaction kettle to be 86-90 DEG C; s4, after the reaction of the product is finished, filtering by gauze, pumping into a cooling tank, and reducing the temperature of the reaction kettle to 55 DEG C by indirectly condensing circulating water; then, the cooling time lasts for 1 hour; and S5, pumping the cooled product into a packaging barrel, and filling and sealing.
