Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an anti-aflatoxin B1 monoclonal antibody and an application thereof. The anti-aflatoxin B1 monoclonal antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, the amino acid sequences of CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 of the heavy chain variable region are respectively as shown in SEQ ID No. 3 to SEQ ID No. 5; the amino acid sequences of the CDR1, the CDR2 and the CDR3 of the light chain variable region are respectively as shown in SEQ ID No. 6 to SEQ ID No. 8.
