The electric single-beam crane comprises a supporting column and an electric hoist, an adjusting mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the supporting column and comprises a fixing rod fixedly arranged at the upper end of the supporting column, a sliding groove is formed in the front end of the fixing rod, and a limiting hole is formed in the side, close to the sliding groove, of the front end of the fixing rod; a movable frame is slidably arranged on the outer side of the fixed rod, and a linkage frame is slidably arranged on the outer side, close to the upper portion of the movable frame, of the fixed rod. According to the electric single-beam crane, the movable frame is pulled to slide along the fixed rod, and the linkage frame drives the linkage rod to slide in the inner side of the sliding groove, so that the movable frame drives the electric hoist to move to achieve the purpose of conveniently changing the ground clearance of the electric hoist, and the running time of the electric hoist is shortened
