The invention provides a grabbing and stacking device which comprises an adsorption device and a grabbing and overturning device, and the adsorption device is used for grabbing box-type materials and transporting the box-type materials; the carrying device is used for stacking the box-shaped materials; the adsorption device grabs the box-shaped materials in the horizontal direction; the box type materials can be grabbed in the vertical direction; the box type materials can be grabbed in the inclined direction between the horizontal direction and the vertical direction; field limitation is not easily caused, and the application range is wide; the carrying device rotates relative to the box-type materials when clamping the box-type materials; and therefore, the clamping surface of the material is changed. 本发明提供一种抓取堆垛装置，包括吸附装置和抓取翻转装置，吸附装置用于抓取箱型物料，并对箱型物料进行运输；搬运装置用于对箱型物料进行堆垛；吸附装置既沿从水平方向对箱型物料进行抓取；也能沿竖直方向对箱型物料进行抓取；又能从水平方向与竖直方向之间的倾斜方向对箱型物料进行抓取；不容易受到场地限制，适用范围广；搬运装置实现在夹持箱型物料时相对箱型物料进行旋转；进而实现改变物料的夹持面。
