Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an aluminum/steel composite board and a preparation method and application thereof. The aluminum/steel composite board is formed by rolling and compounding an aluminum alloy lamination layer and a steel layer; the aluminum alloy laminated layer is formed by laminating three layers, the middle layer is an aluminum alloy layer, and the upper layer and the lower layer are aluminum layers. The invention also provides a preparation method of the plate, which comprises the following steps of: annealing an aluminum plate blank, and then cold-rolling and compounding the aluminum plate blank and an aluminum alloy plate blank to form an aluminum alloy laminated plate blank; the aluminum alloy laminated plate blank is subjected to annealing and finish rolling, and an aluminum alloy laminated plate is obtained; the steel plate blank is subjected to beveling and annealing softening treatment, and a steel plate is obtained; and after being preheated, the steel plate and the aluminum alloy laminated
