Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a machining method of a tiny structural part. The maximum size of the tiny structural member does not exceed 5mm; the machining method comprises the following steps: (1) placing to-be-machined workpieces of a plurality of tiny structural parts into holes of a tool bracket with array holes, and filling gaps between the to-be-machined workpieces and the holes with an adhesive; (2) placing the small structural parts in an engraving and milling machine, and realizing batch processing of the small structural parts through an accurate positioning function of the engraving and milling machine; and (3) finally, the binder is cleaned through a solvent, and the tiny structural part is obtained. 本发明涉及一种微小结构件的加工方法。所述微小结构件的最大尺寸不超过5mm;所述加工方法包括:(1)将多个微小结构件的待加工工件放置于具有阵列孔的工装支架的孔中,采用粘结剂填充在待加工工件和孔之间孔隙中;(2)然后放置在精雕机中,通过精雕机的精准定位功能,实现微小结构件的批量加工;(3)最后再经溶剂清洗粘结剂,得到微小结构件。
