Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of terahertz wave absorption, and particularly relates to a graphene/medium multilayer stacked flexible terahertz wave absorber and a preparation method thereof. The wave absorber is composed of seven layers of main structures which are a graphene thin film layer, a PI layer, a graphene thin film layer, a PI layer, a graphene thin film layer, a PI layer and a metal layer in sequence from top to bottom, and thin-layer polydimethylsiloxane is spin-coated between the layers to serve as a binder. According to the invention, a multi-layer structure is designed, a wet etching process and a surface activation technology are combined, the flexible terahertz wave absorbing device is obtained, strong coupling is generated on electromagnetic waves by using a multi-layer structure destructive interference mechanism and graphene surface plasmon resonance, and efficient absorption within 0.2-2.5 THz is realized.
