Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a battery cell pole piece alignment and width detection system and method based on hardware signal synchronization. The system comprises at least two line-scan digital cameras, at least two FPGA modules and a main calculation unit. Wherein one FPGA module generates a synchronizing signal and sends the synchronizing signal to other FPGA modules, the synchronizing signal is used for controlling the linear array camera to collect image data of a battery cell pole piece and sending the image data to the FPGA module corresponding to the linear array camera, and the FPGA module counts the received image data line by line and sends the counted image data to the other FPGA modules. Meanwhile, counting updating is carried out according to a synchronizing signal, delay is carried out according to a set width measurement reset delay amount, and every N rows of image data are processed to obtain an edge measurement value of a battery cell pole piece coating area; and generating a width measurement |
