Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a blade detection method based on a ground pan-tilt camera, and the method comprises the steps: placing a ground moving device at one side of a to-be-detected blade surface of a fan blade; the view field of the camera can cover the wind wheel surface, and the sensor is in a range in which the fan can be sensed; the ground moving device, the holder and the camera move along a preset moving track; in the process that the camera moves along the preset path, the sensor continuously collects a three-dimensional diagram of the fan and reconstructs a fan model, a plurality of motion points capable of meeting the continuous motion of the camera are constructed according to the fan model, and the continuous motion points form a motion path of the camera; the sensor forms a model diagram of the blade in the current detection range, along with the movement of the ground moving device and the regulation and control of the holder, the laser radar follows the movement path of the camera, real-time c
