Zusammenfassung:The glow spectrometer excitation device comprises an anode cylinder and a cathode disc, the cathode disc sleeves the anode cylinder through which the laser passes, a first through hole is formed in the top of the anode cylinder in the horizontal direction, a second through hole is formed in the top of the cathode disc in the horizontal direction, and the first through hole is communicated with the second through hole. The first through hole and the second through hole are located on the same axis and communicate with each other, a lens barrel is inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole which are located on the same axis, a lens through hole communicating with the anode barrel is formed in the lens barrel, and the lens through hole is of a conical structure.
