The invention discloses a polyester fabric recycling method. The polyester fabric recycling method comprises the following steps: providing a dyed polyester fabric; wherein a dye and a water-sprinkling agent are attached to the material of the polyester fabric; providing a composite solvent, wherein the composite solvent comprises water and acetic acid which are mixed with each other; carrying out an extraction operation, namely infiltrating the polyester fabric by using the composite solvent, and extracting the dye and the water-sprinkling agent; and performing a liquid polymerization operation on the polyester fabric, so that the intrinsic viscosity of the polyester fabric is improved, and impurities remaining in the polyester fabric are further removed.
