The invention provides a high-hardness, wear-resistant and durable hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber compound and a preparation method thereof. The rubber compound comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 4-7 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-2 parts of stearic acid, 30-60 parts of carbon black, 0-15 parts of white carbon black, 0-20 parts of filler, 1-3 parts of an aniline anti-aging agent, 0-15 parts of a processing aid and 3-6 parts of a peroxide vulcanizing agent; the white carbon black is white carbon black of which the surface is grafted with maleimide.
